Tinsel On Christmas Trees Lead

pastries for my SWEET MOMENTS Amber

Hello ! Here I am! With this post I take part in SWEET MOMENTS of Amber "The Gattoghiotto"
.
I state that I am not a great cook, I'm not a good photographer ... but nevertheless participated in this context because I follow with great affection Amber's blog, and I wanted to engage in this thing. I made my cookies ... I tried to present them in an original way, in my way and I hope that Amber and "sworn" appreciate my work:) This is the recipes for cookies: 300 grams of flour

2 egg yolks 90 g sugar 150
gr butter at room temperature
4 tablespoons finely chopped almonds with the skin

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 pinch salt Icing sugar

MASCARPONE CREAM RECIPE:
100 g mascarpone 50 g condensed milk

PROCEDURE
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, in a bowl, mix sugar with egg yolks.
Mix little by little, put the vanilla, salt and stir a bit. Add the
flour and soft butter, cut into small pieces and chopped almonds ... ALL WORK WITH YOUR HANDS UP TO GET A SMOOTH BELL'IMPASTO. Form a ball and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone cream. Gently stir the condensed milk with mascarpone.
After resting the ball with a rolling pin roll out and begin to cut the biscuits. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. Check them often because they cook quickly, should be barely golden.
pulled out of the oven let cool.
Then you can stuff them with creamy froth at will ... use a "layer" of icing sugar to decorate.

Sweet Amber ... there you go with this recipe participate to your context.
A big hug to all s
nice day and we hope it stops raining (here in the Veneto and elsewhere) is a disaster!

Chiara
